A large food group, engaged in processing of agricultural products, planed to establish its own power plant for the electricity supply. And they ordered a 35 ton power plant boiler from our company.

It belongs to ZBG series CFB power plant boiler. The use of membrane water cooling wall makes the combustion chamber, separator and return feeding system into one, structure is compact and stable. The return feeding system adopts membrane water wall patent, the porous semi-artesian loopback device. Feed back is even and smooth. The wear design adopts multiple measures, such as energy saving low speed design, multi-level high temperature separation, secondary purification separation inside furnace, new type wear-resistant materials and immersed tube to resist wear. In addition, the 35 ton power plant boiler has very low failure rate and can realize long-time continuous running.
