In Vietnam, the total capacity of paper sector is about 218,968 tons of pulp and 753,720 tons of paper, bringing the output value of more than VND 5,000 billions. Only in Bắc Ninh the northern part of Vietnam there are about 130 enterprises in the field of paper sector, thus the competition among paper mills is quite fierce. To keep the production advantage, a paper mill in Bắc Ninh ordered a new DZL packaged biomass fired boiler from our company---the preeminent manufacturer of industrial boiler in China.

4 ton DZL packaged paper mill boiler 

DZL series biomass boiler belongs to packaged chain grate boiler with a capacity from 2 ton to 10 ton. The 4 ton chain grate boiler adopt side seal cooling and angle iron reinforce plates, which is advanced and reasonable to avoid the deficiency of side seal jammed grate and the deficiency of side seal burned out. The paper mill chain grate boiler could easily burn coal and shaped biomass fuel or mixture of coal and biomass fuel with its economizer in the rear that discharges the slag which could be used as fertile to agriculture.
