The QXX64-1.25/130/70-H hot water boiler was used in a large central heating company in October 2010, till now, there is no leakage or explosion accident and the boiler is running stable and effectively. Compared to a chain grate boiler that has the same parameter, this CFB hot water boiler saves 80 ton steels (which costs 500,000RMB); and it adopts flue gas secondary circulation and fluidized bed combustion, effectively reducing NOx and SOx emission.

1.It adopts double-drum horizontal layout structure, the furnace membrane wall through special process is made into water-cooled horizontal cyclone separator, and the water cycling system is transformed into single-pressure structure.
2.It uses full membrane wall water-cooled furnace roof, composite water cycle, the lower boiler drum inside is designed with loop ejector device, to ensure the safety of natural circulation.
3.Boiler furnace arranges small diameter lines of secondary air, special gas secondary circulation into furnace and decrease oxygen supply, meanwhile proper combustion temperature is controlled, so as to lower NOx emission.
4.Add limestone into boiler furnace, appropriate combustion temperature, using effective soot blowing type and two-stage parallel arrangement economizer.
