Based on the current circulating fluidized bed boiler technology, we design the 75 ton per hour biomass fired boiler that can adapt to burn rice husk and other biomass fuels, avoiding the fouling and scaling problems during biomass fuel combustion and heat-exchange. In China, now government strictly controls the coal-burning, thus the biomass as a clean fuel is gradually replacing coal fuel in industrial boilers field. The rice husk biomass power plant boiler flue gas emission can totally realize clean combustion and low emission, and the emission is lower than the related environmental protection standards. What's more, the fly ash carbon content is low and fly ash can be comprehensive utilized.
