The coal-fired power plant boiler of Nanshan Group produces a large amount of fly ash waste every year, which is not only a waste of storage, but also can produces pollution to the environment. To turn waste to wealth, they purchased 8 sets of Φ2x31.5m autoclaves from our company to make comprehensive utilization of the fly ash, which is the raw material of fly ash bricks. By using these eight autoclaved kettles, 127.22688 million pieces of standard bricks worthy almost 10 million dollars are produced every year. Not only the waste is reused, but also huge economic benefit is brought.

Top-opening Autoclaves for  Sale

The 8 sets of autoclaves for Nanshan Group are top-opening autoclaves, which can be used to sterilize equipment and supplies by subjecting them to high pressure saturated steam at 121℃ (249°F) for around 15–20 minutes depending on the size of the load and the contents. The hydrothermal reactions CaO—SiO2—H2O is completed in the autoclave, to make the steamed products strength and good performance.
