I don’t know much about the customer’s fuel HFO & HCFO & FG. I searched it online. Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) is a category of fuel oils of a tar-like consistency. Also known as bunker fuel, or residual fuel oil, HFO is the result or remnant from the distillation and cracking process of petroleum. For this reason, HFO is contaminated with several different compounds including aromatics, sulfur and nitrogen, making emission upon combustion more polluting compared to other fuel oils.
For 130-ton steam boilers, if you purchase 2 boilers, the average tonnage of each boiler is 65 tons per hour. If it is 3 sets, a 45-ton steam boiler per hour is required. If it is 4 sets, it is a 35-ton steam boiler. ZBG produces Gas-fired steam boilers, oil-fired steam boilers, coal-fired steam boilers and biomass steam boilers can all produce 130 tons of boilers. If you want high thermal efficiency and fewer operating failures, the oil-fired gas steam boiler produced by ZBG is preferred.
