Calculation formula for one-hour fuel consumption of biomass fired boilers: 600,000 kcal * boiler tonnage/boiler thermal efficiency/biomass fuel calorific value
For a 10-ton biomass boiler, 10 tons is equal to 600000*10=6000000kcal. Assuming that the thermal efficiency of the biomass boiler is 85% and the calorific value of the biomass fuel is 4000kcal, then we insert the formula:
10 tons of biomass boiler fuel consumption=600000*10/85%/4000=1765kg/h
Then, the energy consumption of a 100-ton biomass steam boiler in one hour is 1765kg/h, and the biomass fuel consumption in one day = 1765kg/h*hours
The SZL10-1.25-T biomass water-tube steam boiler is a double-drums shop assembled chain grate boiler, rated evaporation 10t/h, rated steam pressure 1.25MPa. The rated steam temperature is 193°C and the fuel is biomass pellet, but it can co-firing with coal fuel. The beverage & food company is satisfied with its high efficiency and clean combustion.
The boiler leaves the factory in two parts: the upper part includes the boiler proper, upper steel frame and upper furnace wall and the lower part includes coal bucket, chain grate, lower furnace wall and inner ventilating duct. Except the front and back arch and part of the brick walls are installed at site, the remaining parts all leave the factory in shop assembled form. The rear matching air-preheater and ventilating duct leave the factory together with the boiler. The rear dust collector and its connecting tubes are delivered according to contract.
