40 Ton Bagasse Biomass Boiler Consumption Per Day

The 40-ton biomass boiler produced by ZBG is mainly DHL corner tube biomass boiler, which can be used for central heating in urban and industrial and mining enterprises, building area heating and as a peak boiler for thermal power plants. The bagasse biomass boiler used in sugar mills not only enables waste utilization, but also saves a lot of fuel costs.
The thermal power of a 40 ton boiler is 28 MW, the heat value of sugar cane bagasse is 6.69 MJ/kg, and the thermal efficiency of DHL biomass boiler is about 88%. So, the fuel consumption per hour of a 40 ton biomass boiler = 28*3600/6.69/0.88= 17122kg. In other words, the 40 ton bagasse boiler consumes 17122*24=410 tons of bagasse per day.
