According to the "Technical Specifications for Centralized Incineration and Disposal of Hazardous Waste Project Construction" implemented on May 24, 2005, the flue gas of hazardous waste incineration needs to be cooled rapidly at 200-500°C, that is, the temperature at the outlet of the waste heat boiler must be greater than 500°C. The flue gas temperature is designed to be 500°C.
The heat source of the boiler comes from the flue gas discharged from the incineration of hazardous waste. The temperature of the boiler feed water is 104°C. The working medium directly enters the drum, and then leads out from the drum, and flows into the membrane water wall through the downcomer. The steam temperature reaches 183°C. The flue gas enters the radiation heat exchange chamber of the large space of the waste heat boiler from the combustion chamber of the incinerator through the flue. The dust concentration reduces the pressure on the dust collector. Avoid the most sensitive temperature range of HCl gas to the high temperature corrosion of the convection heating surface, which can avoid the relative reduction of HCl corrosion.
