The 8 ton oil fired boiler belongs to fast loading boiler and boiler fuel includes light oil, heavy oil, diesel, methanol, alcohol-based fuel, etc. In addition, there is a non universal fuel provided by the customer. Therefore, the calorific value of the fuel needs to be provided by customers.
8 ton oil fired boiler models mainly include: 8 ton WNS oil fired boiler and 8 ton SZS oil fired boiler. The following are the models and parameters of oil fired boiler:
1. 8 ton ZSZ saturated steam boiler: Rated steam capacity 8t/h,steam pressure 1.25-1.6MPa, rated steam temperature 194-204℃,feed steam temperature 104℃.
2. 8 ton SZS superheated steam boiler : Rated steam capacity 8t/h, steam pressure 1.25MPa, rated steam temperature 350℃,feed steam temperature 104℃.
3. 8 ton WNS oil fired steam boiler: Rated steam capacity 8t/h, steam pressure 1-1.6MPa, rated steam temperature 184-204℃,feed steam temperature 20℃.
4. 8 ton WNS oil fired hot water boiler: Rated steam capacity 8t/h, rated steam capacity 1.0MPa, rated steam temperature 95℃, feed water temperature 70℃.
