The use of fluidized beds in cement industries is a promising area of application, especially for coal fired cfb boiler. And our high capacity coal fired cfb boiler should be the first choice to steam and hot water generation in cement factories.
75 Ton Coal Fired CFB Boiler in Heating Company
Two raw materials, limestone and high-ash coal, are prepared separately by grinding and then fed to a CFB boiler at around 850℃ for simultaneous precalcining of the limestone and combustion of high-ash coal with relatively high efficiency. Hot bed materials, which have the composition of clinker, discharge directly into a relatively short rotary kiln, where clinker formation occurs mainly under exothermic conditions. Only a small amount of additional fuel (coal) has to be fired in the kiln to raise its temperature to that required for clinkering. Off-gases of the kiln and the adjacent cooler are sent as preheated secondary air into the CFB boiler.
Basically speaking, our high pressure circulating fluized bed boiler capacity is from 35 to 410 ton, almost meet all cement industries hot water and electricity requirements.
