At present, the common condensing fuel series boilers mainly include light diesel oil boilers, methanol boilers, alcohol-based fuel boilers, kerosene boilers, and oil-fired boilers. These boilers mainly include SZS condensing boilers and WNS horizontal quick-loading boilers, and of course ZG fuel-fired power station boilers that use oil-fired boilers to generate electricity.
General formula for fuel oil per hour of fuel oil: 3600* heat power / fuel calorific value / boiler thermal efficiency. Taking 10 ton oil fired boiler as an example, its thermal power is 7 MW. Assuming that the combustion heat value of an oil-based fuel is 42 Mj/kg and the boiler fuel efficiency is 95%, it can be concluded that a 10-ton boiler requires fuel consumption per hour = 3600*7/42/0.95, about 630kg.
