1. Technical parameters:

Rated thermal power: 7MW, rated pressure: 1.25MPa, rated outlet water temperature: 115°C, rated return water temperature: 70°C; boiler thermal efficiency: ≥92%; (operating efficiency: when the boiler load is 40%-100%, it must not be less than 90 %).

2. Fuel type: oil and gas; the boiler should have high load adaptability.

3. Combustion method: micro positive pressure; Boiler structural features: horizontal internal combustion, three-pass, wet back type;

4. Boiler control mode: fully automatic PLC control mode (using Siemens, ABB or Schneider PLC), touch screen control and button manual control two control systems.

5. Ignition method: high-voltage electronic automatic ignition;

6. Adjustment method: automatic continuous adjustment of boiler load;

7. Exhaust gas temperature: <120°C

8. Environmental requirements:

• NOX emission concentration: <80mg/m3;
• Smoke emission concentration: <10mg/m3;
