2. Coal consumption of 20-ton coal-fired chain grate steam boiler

Calculation formula for coal consumption of coal-fired boilers: boiler coal consumption per hour = boiler thermal power * 3600/coal combustion value/boiler efficiency
The user can roughly calculate the coal consumption of the boiler according to this formula. For example, for this SHL20-1.25-AⅡ, the thermal power of the boiler is 14MW, and the calorific value of bituminous coal is generally between 27170 and 37200kj/kg. We take the median value of 22.3MJ/kg for calculation, and the design thermal efficiency of ZBG group SHL20-1.25-AⅡ is 80%, then set the formula: 14MW*3600/22.3MJ/80%=2825kg
