The waste heat boiler product model consists of two parts. The first part indicates the afterburning situation of the waste heat boiler, the type, characteristics and parameters of the waste heat carrier, and its code is expressed in capitalized Chinese pinyin letters. The second part indicates the rated evaporation of the steam boiler or the rated thermal power of the hot water boiler, the pressure and temperature parameters of the working fluid of the boiler, and its writing format and requirements are shown in Figure 1.
Here I will give you some examples, so that you can have a good understanding of the waste heat boiler product model.
Q40/500-4.2-0.7/95/70 means that the sensible heat carried by the "clean" flue gas is used, the flue gas flow into the boiler is 40,000 m³/h, the flue gas temperature is 500°C, and the rated thermal power of the boiler is 4.2 MW, hot water waste heat boiler with a design working pressure of 0.7 MPa, a rated outlet water temperature of 95°C and an inlet water temperature of 70°C.
QF35/900-20-3.82/450 means that the sensible heat carried by the corrosive flue gas is used, the flue gas flow rate entering the boiler is 35000m³/h, the flue gas temperature is 900°C, the rated evaporation capacity of the boiler is 20 t/h, and the rated A waste heat boiler with a steam pressure of 3.82MPa and a rated steam temperature of 450°C.
QCF12-10-2.5/400 means that the combustible substances carried by the dusty and corrosive flue gas are used, the flue gas flow rate entering the boiler is 12000m³/h, the rated evaporation capacity of the boiler is 10t/h, and the rated steam pressure is 2.5MPa. A waste heat boiler with a rated steam temperature of 400°C.
