Selection Scheme of Industrial Boiler for Steam Supply

Building materials industry, paper industry, textile industry, food sugar, rubber paper, petrochemical, medical and pharmaceutical industries, most of the production needs a certain temperature of heat to meet the production process requirements. Therefore, the saturated steam parameters of the boiler should be determined according to the requirements of the production process. The advantage of saturated steam is to ensure the constant temperature required for production.

Select the main points of the boiler
1. Select the corresponding steam pressure according to the needs of users.
2. If the steam with different pressure is needed, the pressure relief valve can be adjusted.
3. For the boiler with an evaporation capacity of more than 6 T/h, we should consider increasing the deaeration equipment and improving the steam quality.
4. Auxiliary equipment should be selected according to the need, and reciprocating pump should be added to the coal-fired boiler whose evaporation capacity is more than 2 T/h to improve the operation safety.
5. The system should have the corresponding control mode and meet the basic operation of the equipment.
