3. General requirements for boiler installation
3.1 Ensure a stable burning of fuel in the boiler plant furnace.
3.1.1. Ensure boiler plant operation on the middlings with the following steam parameters:
- absolute pressure 3,9 MPa;
- temperature 440 0С;
- Steam capacity 25 t/h

3.2. Provide steam capacity of the boiler in the control range from 30 to 110% of the rated load.
3.3. The boiler plant must comply with the requirements of this technical specification.
3.4. All delivered equipment must have certificates of conformity, the necessary marking, passports, instructions for installation and operation, the corresponding results of control.
3.5. The quality of the steam according to its content must comply with the requirements of normative technical documentation for power plants of medium parameters (GOST 20995-75).
3.6. The boiler installation should be provided with thermal insulation with a protective layer so that the surface temperature of the heated and heating elements of the equipment does not exceed 450 ° C.
