The 1 ton boiler =0.7MW, the amount of smoke required for every 0.7MW heat. For the layer type combustion equipment, when the air surplus coefficient is=1.55. When the 1 ton gas boiler exhaust temperature is 150℃, the smoke discharge is 2300m3/h.
The smoke exhaust is 2570m3/h when the exhaust temperature is 200℃.
The smoke exhaust is 2840m3/h when the exhaust temperature is 250℃.
Under the rated load conditions, the proposed flow rate in the smoke duct of a small gas boiler is as follows:
1. The smoke duct with larger flow resistance, take a smaller value.
2. For a long horizontal flue, to prevent ash accumulation, the speed of smoke under rated load should not be less than 7-8m/s.
3. When the ash content of fuel is high, in order to prevent wear, the speed of smoke should not be greater than 14m/s.
4. The chimney outlet speed of small gas boiler should not be lower than 2-3m/s, so as to avoid the phenomenon of cold wind reflux.
