According to the different production capacities of equipment manufacturers, the bidding equipment is divided into four packages: A, B, C, and D. They are as follows:

1. Specifications of circulating fluidized bed boiler and auxiliary equipment

2. Technical parameters of boiler equipment

1) Circulating fluidized bed steam boiler

Model: ZG20-1.6-ALL external circulating fluidized bed boiler

Rated steam evaporation: Q=20t/h

Rated outlet steam pressure: P=1.6MPa

Rated outlet steam temperature: 214°C

Rated feed water temperature: 104°C

Fuel: bituminous coal (the fuel characteristics will be provided by Party A after winning the bid, and the bid-winning manufacturer will design the boiler according to the fuel characteristics)

Design thermal efficiency: >87%

Furnace structure: membrane water wall

Hot air temperature (primary/secondary): 107/20°C

Exhaust gas temperature: <140°C

Matching economizer and air preheater

2) Primary fan

Air volume: Q=26003m3/h (standard condition)

Wind pressure: H=14177Pa (standard condition)

Power: N=160kW

Correct the wind pressure and air volume in the plateau area according to its own equipment,

The project location is 1140m above sea level,

The operating temperature refers to the local meteorological parameters in the tender.

3) Secondary fan

Air volume: Q=8294m3/h (standard condition)

Wind pressure: H=4453Pa (standard condition)

Power: N=37kW

Correct the wind pressure and air volume in the plateau area according to its own equipment,

The project location is 1140m above sea level,

The operating temperature refers to the local meteorological parameters in the tender.

4) Induced fan

Air volume: Q=72380m3/h (standard condition)

Wind pressure: H=4571Pa (standard condition)

Power: N=160kW

Correct the wind pressure and air volume in the plateau area according to its own equipment,

The project location is 1140m above sea level,

The operating temperature refers to the local meteorological parameters in the tender.

After the boiler desulfurization and dust removal equipment is determined, the wind pressure needs to be calculated.

5) Spiral coal feeder

GM-200 (one boiler is equipped with two sets, matching 20t/h boiler)

6) Drum type slag cooling machine

Conveying capacity: 2t/h (if the boiler has two slag outlets, configure 2 sets of 1t/h)

Reducer power: 3.0Kw

Material inlet temperature: <1000°C

Material outlet temperature: <80°C

Cooling water inlet temperature: 20~30℃

Cooling water outlet temperature: <80°C

Pressure loss: 0.08MPa

7) Auxiliary materials and accessories

The boiler factory is equipped with auxiliary materials and accessories such as cyclone separator, coal spreading fan, furnace wall cooling fan, feeding fan, wind cap, pipeline, valve and instrument that meet the operation requirements of the boiler body. (Centralized control is another consideration).
