Classification of CFB boilers:

According to the material circulation rate, it is divided into high, medium and low: low circulation rate circulating fluidized bed boiler, circulation rate K<15; medium rate circulating fluidized bed boiler K=15~40; high rate circulating fluidized bed boiler K>40.

Classification according to the flue gas carry rate of the furnace outlet unit: low carry rate circulating fluidized bed boiler; medium carry rate circulating fluidized bed boiler; high carry rate circulating fluidized bed boiler.

Model of CFB boilers:

There are five main types of circulating fluidized bed produced by Zhengzhou Boiler Group, namely circulating fluidized bed power station boiler, DHX type circulating fluidized bed boiler, SHX type circulating fluidized bed boiler, QXX high-speed external circulating fluidized bed boiler, QXX low-speed internal circulating fluidized bed boiler Circulating fluidized bed boiler. Circulating fluidized bed power plant boiler models and specifications are mainly rated evaporation capacity of 35 ~ 410 tons of steam, rated steam pressure of 3.82 ~ 13.7MPa.

The DHX type circulating fluidized bed boiler has a rated evaporation capacity of 35 to 280 steam tons, and a rated steam pressure of 1.25 to 3.82 MPa.

SHX type circulating fluidized bed boiler rated evaporation capacity: 10 ~ 75 steam tons, rated steam pressure: 1.25 ~ 3.82MPa.

QXX high-speed external circulating fluidized bed boiler rated heating power: 29～168MW, rated water outlet pressure: 1～1.6MPa.

QXX low-speed internal circulating fluidized bed boiler rated heating power: 14～91MW, rated water pressure: 1.25～1.6MPa.

Different models have different specifications and parameters, and manufacturers can choose the corresponding equipment according to their own needs.
