The air preheater is an important component of the biomass power plant boiler, so what are its functions?
1. The air preheater absorbs the exhaust heat and improves the efficiency of the boiler. After installing the economizer, although the exhaust gas temperature can be reduced a lot, the feed water temperature of biomass power plant boilers is mostly higher than 200°C. Therefore, the exhaust gas temperature cannot be lowered, and after the air preheater is installed, the exhaust gas temperature can be further reduced.
2. Increasing the air temperature can intensify the combustion. On the one hand, the combustion is stabilized and the mechanical incomplete combustion loss and the chemical incomplete combustion loss are reduced; on the other hand, the fuel is completely burned, which can reduce the excess air volume, thereby reducing the exhaust smoke loss and the power consumption of the fan.
3. Increasing the air temperature can increase the temperature of the combustion chamber and strengthen the radiation heat transfer.
