Businesses, in all kind of industries, use boilers to meet the energy demands of their facilities. Those needs may vary. There are two types of boilers to choose from — hot water or steam boilers. The key difference between comes down to temperature.
Hot water heaters are used to provide heat. The decision to go with a hydroponic heating, or hot water boiler means you probably need the unit for to meet your facility’s heating demands. This type of boiler can deliver temperatures of 180-200° Fahrenheit.
For those functions that need even more heat, a high-temperature hot water boiler, which provides temperatures of up to 240° Fahrenheit, is an option. You can expect an operating pressure of between 30 to 125 psig from a high-temperature hot water boiler.
Steam boilers are best suited to applications that require high or low pressure, though some low-pressure units can be used for heat. However, they are limited to 15 psig design pressure, at a minimum. Opting for a high-pressure boiler is the right choice for process loads. These units deliver design pressures between 75 and 700 psig to meet saturated steam process requirements. Also available are high-pressure steam water tube boilers which are used to deliver highly-heated steam.
With over 70 years experience and strong technology power, we have manufactured 9 series 200 types of boilers, including Steam Boiler, Hot Water Boiler, Power Plant Boiler, Fire Tube Boiler, Water Tube Boiler, CFB Boiler, Chain Grate Boiler, Biomass Fired Boiler, Gas & Oil Fired Boiler, and Waste Heat Recovery Boiler. The products widely applies in manufacturing industry (chemical, coking, paper-making, food processing, etc.), thermal power plant, building material and other industry applications. No matter what industry you are engaged in, ZBG will be able to help you.

The heating boiler equipment provided by ZBG is mainly for urban central heating, including urban heat pipe network central heating and district boiler central heating.
Coal fired boilers use coal as fuel, and the amount of coal consumed is the key factor to measure the efficiency of a boiler.
Mongolia is not only rich in coal resources, but also has many different types of biomass energy.
