Recently, one Philippines customer consulted biomass power plant boilers. Biomass boiler power generation mainly includes six major categories of equipment:
1. Thermal system:
Boiler: boiler proper, boiler primary valve meter, boiler body refractory. The specific parameters of boiler body need to be based on the needs of customers.
Steam water system: including atmospheric thermal deaerator, deoxidizing water pump and control, continuous row, fixed row, sampling cooler, ammonia adding device, feed pump, steam reciprocating pump, cylinder, temperature and pressure reducer, etc.
Chemical water system: desalted water system.
Auxiliary system of smoke and air system: including blower, two fans, induced draft fan, steel chimney, etc.
2. Fuel supply system:
Mainly for the preparation of coal and coal conveying system equipment: vibrating feeder, coal conveyer, bucket elevator, vibrating screen, electromagnetic iron remover, crusher, electronic belt weighing, coal feeder, coal bunker, etc.
3. Dust removal and ash conveying system
Including: bag filter, ash conveying equipment, air compression system.
4. Desulfurization and denitration system
Wet desulphurization or dry desulfurization is adopted, including denitration of SNCR in furnace and denitration of SNCR outside furnace.
5. Slag discharge and slag conveying system
It includes heavy frame chain slag remover and slag conveying belt conveyor.
6. Electrical and instrumentation control system
Including: DCS system or PLC control or general control, drum water level industrial TV monitoring.
