How to select burner for oil and gas boiler in Philippines

Oil-fired and gas-fired boilers are inseparable from burners, which not only directly affect the efficiency of the boiler, but also affect the final concentration of nitrogen oxide emissions.

1.High combustion efficiency.
For the fuel burner in a certain range of regulation, it should be able to atomize fuel oil well, the oil particles are fine and uniform, the atomization angle is appropriate, the distribution of oil mist along the circumference should be uniform, in order to increase the contact area between oil mist and air.
For the gas burner under rated gas pressure, it should be able to pass the rated gas and burn it fully to meet the boiler rated heat load production.

2. Reasonable distribution of air to ensure fuel stability and complete combustion.
To supply the air necessary for combustion from the root of the torch, the harmful substances (CO, NOX, etc.) generated in the flue gas should be less so as to mix it with the oil mist quickly and evenly to ensure complete combustion.
It can make the air flow form a proper reflux zone and keep the fuel and air in a higher temperature field, so as to ensure rapid ignition and stable combustion.

3. the adjustment range is large enough to adjust the boiler load.
The burner can work steadily from the lowest load to the highest load of the boiler, and no tempering or deflagration occurs.
