Chain grate coal fired boiler structural types in Vietnam

Chain grate is a kind of mechanized coal fired equipment with reliable structure and stable operation, which is widely used in the field of industrial boilers.

Chain grate coal-fired boilers are divided into three types.

1. Chain belt grate
The chain grate is a light grate which is suitable for the boiler with a capacity of less than 10 tons. The grate sheets are divided into two types: the active grate sheet and the driven grate sheet. The grate sheets are connected in series with round steel rods to form a wide chain around the front sprocket and the rear roller.

2. Cross beam grate
The beam grate is suitable for boilers with evaporation capacity of 20-40 tons or even larger. The main difference between the beam grate and the chain grate is that many rigid beams are used. The grate is mounted on the corresponding groove of the cross beam, and is measured and fixed on the transmission chain.

3. Scale grate stoker
Scale grate is suitable for boilers with evaporation capacity of 10-60 tons. Its grate surface is usually composed of 4-12 parallel chains. Each chain is connected by hoe bolt with several chains composed of large and small rings, washers and other elements.
