 INTRODUCTION

ENGSL Minerals DMCC (“ENGSL”), is Dubai based Engineering & Project Management Company. ENGSL is setting up an industrial plant for the production of Caustic soda in UAE. For this project ENGSL needs a Steam boiler Unit for operation .

DESIGN 

The Design of Steam Boiler unit with all accessories should be based Upon Following Operating conditions .

Site conditions : According to Documents ESLAD-PR-RFQ-003.

1.0 Capacity of steam generation : 5000kg/hr

2.0 Steam pressure : 5barg Dry Saturated.

3.0 Type : Fire tube

4.0 Fuel : Natural Gas .

5.0 Operating : 24Hrs/Day ,7 Days/Week.

6.0 Installation : Out doors .

7.0 Operating Philosophy : Fully automatic control .

SCOPE OF SUPPLY

Vendor scope of supply for the steam boiler unit shall be

- Engineering, Fabrication & supply of complete equipment ,Pumps,instrument ,piping, tanks,shall be skid mounted

- Engineering and supply of complete automation system for the operation .

- Pressure & Material test report ,instruction manual with engineering drawing .

- Spare parts with special tools & Accessories
