Biomass Power Generation Complete Equipment

Recently, customers often consult a complete of biomass power plant boiler. Biomass power generation is also becoming more and more important. So what are the whole sets of biomass power plant?

1. Thermal system

Boiler main engine: boiler body, boiler valve meter, boiler body refractory.
Steam water system: deaerator, deaerator pump and control, continuous row, fixed row, sampling cooler, phosphate adding device, ammonia plant, feed water pump, steam reciprocating pump, steam cylinder, temperature reducing and pressure reducer, fire exhaust and safety valve exhaust silencer, hydrophobic expansion container, hydrophobic pump and so on.
Auxiliary system of smoke and air system: including forced draft blower, induced draft fan, steel chimney, etc.

2. Fuel supply system

Mainly for the equipment used in the preparation of biomass and transportation system: feeder, belt conveyor, bucket elevator, vibrating screen, electromagnetic iron remover, crusher, electro hydraulic double pear unloader, electric hoist, hand moving monorail car, ring chain hand hoist and so on.

3. Dust removal and dust transportation system

Bag filter, ash conveying equipment and air compression system

4. Desulphurization and denitrification system

Wet desulphurization or dry desulphurization, including denitration of SNCR in furnace, denitration outside furnace SNCR.

5. Slag discharge and slag transportation system

Heavy frame chain slag removing machine and slag conveyor belt conveyor.

6. Electric and instrument control system

DCS system or PLC control or common control.
