How long is the life of waste heat boiler?
2023-07-06 08:28:42The waste heat boiler shall be designed and manufactured according to the corresponding indicators of national standards and current industry standards. The seller shall provide the life and warranty period of each equipment, component or main material.
The annual running time of waste heat boiler equipment is not less than 8300 hours. Under normal operating conditions, the interval between two overhauls of the boiler reaches 4 years, and the service life of the main pressure-bearing parts of the boiler is more than 20 years.
Quality assurance
The seller shall provide a quality guarantee for the provided waste heat boiler for 18 months after leaving the factory or 12 months from the date of commissioning, whichever comes first. The seller shall be responsible for equipment damage caused by non-human factors during the quality guarantee period. And should be repaired or replaced in time.
