How to operate the performance inspection and assessment of waste heat boiler?

 The performance guarantee value assessment is organized by the owner, with the participation of the buyer and the seller, and is carried out under the condition that the related processes and technical indicators are normal;

The assessment of the performance guarantee value shall be carried out on the basis of passing the assessment of the function guarantee value. The specific time shall be negotiated by both parties according to the actual situation, but the normal time limit shall not exceed 40 days after the boiler is put into operation;

Within the normal time limit, if the previous assessment fails, the seller can organize another assessment after making corresponding adjustments or rectifications, and the specific time for the reassessment will also be negotiated by both parties;

If the performance assurance assessment fails, the seller must make corresponding adjustments or rectifications, but the normal adjustment or rectification period shall not exceed 50 days after the boiler is put into operation;

After passing the performance guarantee value assessment, the buyer will check and accept the waste heat boiler provided by the seller according to the regulations, issue the "Equipment Performance Guarantee Assessment Certificate", and go through the relevant completion acceptance procedures;

If the performance guarantee value assessment fails, and the seller’s adjustment or rectification period has exceeded 2 months, or the seller refuses to make adjustments or rectifications, the seller will require the buyer to make appropriate economic compensation depending on the actual performance guarantee value that the waste heat boiler can achieve.
