2. Steam water system: all equipment, pipes, valves, accessories (including steam drums) within 1m of the boiler range from the inlet of the economizer (including the valve group of the water supply operation table) to the outlet pipe of the main steam outlet, shall be supplied to device interface.

3. Steel structure part: mainly includes boiler steel frame, foundation anchor bolts, platform escalator for maintenance operation, metal parts, fasteners and connectors for interconnecting equipment, and the size of the steam drum operation platform needs to be confirmed by the buyer.

4. Body part: mainly includes pipelines within the scope of the boiler, valves and support frames on the pipelines, all heating surfaces (pipe boxes), drums and internal devices, evaporators, superheaters, economizers and steel frames, maintenance platform escalators, The furnace shell of the boiler body and the valves, primary instruments and other accessories, supports and other fixing parts installed on the boiler body;

5. Valves and instruments: All valves and instruments within 1m around the boiler unit, including local pressure gauges, local water level gauges, balance containers, local thermometers, emergency water discharge electric valves, etc.; local instruments are equipped with two valves can be cut off;

7. Boiler water dosing: The seller reserves the dosing interface and wears the valve, and provides the dosing amount and other parameters required by the dosing equipment, including pressure.

8. Soda sampling device: The seller is equipped with two manual sampling coolers, which are superheated steam sampling cooler and furnace water sampling cooler.

9. Sewage discharge expansion device: the seller provides regular sewage expansion container.

10. Desuperheater: The seller’s boiler is equipped with a desuperheater to adjust the steam temperature

11. The seller must provide all facilities, devices and materials that must be configured for safe operation within the scope of the boiler itself.

12. Provide spare parts, two-year normal operation, first overhaul and emergency spare parts and wearing parts, and the seller provides special tools and special tools required for equipment operation, maintenance and overhaul.

13. Provide a complete set of boiler process control, electric control, automatic control, detection range cabinet and equipment in the cabinet. The automatic control equipment must match the interface of the automatic control of the waste heat boiler of the annular cooler (Siemens redundant system configuration)

14. The automatic control power cabinet and the electric control power cabinet have dual power supply at the same time, realizing non-disturbance switching

15. All automatic control, instrument control and electronic control equipment meet the national IP65 standard
