2. Design parameter requirements

• The flue gas volume of each waste heat boiler is 36000Nm³/h
• The flue gas inlet temperature is 850-900°C.
• The waste heat boiler is a saturated steam boiler
• Steam pressure: 1.6Mpa;
• Steam temperature: saturation temperature.
• Exhaust gas temperature: 170°C
• Feed water temperature 105°C
• Boiler efficiency>80%
• Economizer tube material 09crcu sb (ND steel) Q/TDGG0039-2004

It is required to use bare tubes for the heating surface tubes of boilers, and finned tubes are not allowed, and the layout of boilers is horizontal.
