1. Project overview
There are two 90㎡ sintering machines, and the cooling fan of each sintering machine is equipped with a set of multi-tube dust collectors. With the gradual improvement of environmental protection requirements, the dust removal efficiency of multi-tube dust collectors can no longer meet environmental protection requirements. The dust removal system is upgraded and transformed. After the transformation, the exhaust emission and post environment can meet the standards, which greatly improves the site environment and surrounding environment.

1. Technical parameters of cooling fan for 1# sintering machine:
- Air volume of 1# sintering machine cooling fan: 600000 m³/h
- Air pressure of 1# sintering machine cooling fan: about 7KPa
- 1# sintering machine cooling fan matching motor power: 2240KW
- 1# Sintering machine cooling fan inlet temperature: normal production temperature 150-350℃
- 1# sintering machine cooling fan air inlet damper opening: about 90%

- Air volume of 2# sintering machine cooling fan: 660000 m³/h
- 2# Sintering machine cooling fan air pressure: about 7KPa
- 2# sintering machine cooling fan matching motor power: 2500KW
- 2# Sintering machine cooling fan inlet temperature: normal production temperature 150-350℃
- 2# sintering machine cooling fan air inlet damper opening: about 90%
3. Dust content: 5000-10000mg/m³

- Dust removal body resistance: <1500 Pa
- Filter bag specification: φ160×7000mm
- Cage tendon diameter: Φ4mm
- Adaptive temperature of filter bag: <260°C (Flux coating)
- Imported gas dust concentration: 5000-15000mg/m3
- Dust concentration in outlet gas: <20mg/Nm3
- Dust collector withstands negative pressure: 7000 Pa
- Pulse valve specifications 4″ submerged
The size of the cabinet must be arranged according to the site space, and it is recommended to adopt a double-row and double-channel layout.
