How much more expensive is a 40-ton hot water boiler compared to gas and coal?

 Heilongjiang is located in the northeast of China. It is named after Heilongjiang in the northeast of the province. Heilongjiang 40-ton hot water boiler has three uses, one is for central heating, the other is for process hot water supply, and the last one is for heating and heating water supply. 1. 1 hour gas consumption of 40 tons gas hot water boiler

Gas boiler gas consumption calculation formula: gas boiler gas consumption per hour = gas boiler power * 3600s / fuel calorific value / thermal efficiency

We know that the conversion success rate of a 40-ton hot water boiler is 28MW, and 1 hour is equal to 3600s. The calorific value of natural gas is generally between 40.88MJ/M3-39.82MJ/M3. We take the middle value of 37MJ/M3. The thermal efficiency of gas boilers produced by ZBG Group can reach 92%. Then insert the formula to get:

If the natural gas is 3.8 yuan/cubic

1 hour fuel cost = 2961M3/hx3.8 yuan/cubic = 11251.8 yuan

2. 1 hour coal consumption of 40 tons coal-fired hot water boiler

Calculation formula for coal consumption of coal-fired boilers: boiler coal consumption per hour = boiler thermal power * 3600/coal combustion value/boiler efficiency

The converted thermal power of a 40-ton coal-fired boiler is 28MW. The calorific value of bituminous coal is generally between 27170 and 37200kj/kg. We take the middle value of 22.3MJ/kg to calculate. The thermal efficiency of a 40-ton coal-fired boiler is about 82%. Formula: 28MW*3600/22.3MJ/82%=5512.4KG.

If calculated based on the coal cost of 500 yuan/ton, the 1-hour fuel cost of a 40-ton coal-fired hot water boiler = 5.5124KGx500 = 2756 yuan

As can be seen from the above, if we look at fuel costs, the cost of coal-fired boilers is much lower than that of gas-fired boilers. But this does not mean that gas boilers are bad. Gas boilers are better than coal-fired boilers in terms of thermal efficiency, environmental performance and operation.
