Notes: 1. Manufacturer recommended spare parts of five years operation including 02 Nos. quantify of Boiler Control Cards and special tools should be provide and listed item wise in documents. 2. Boiler and its main components Burners, Controls etcetera and auxiliary components/ Spares parts must be brand new. Refurbished and used old stores will not be accepted. 3. HP & LP chemical dosing unit may also be provided. 4. Stack must also be included in Boiler package. 5. Safety provisions such as explosion doors must also be provided. 6. Boiler Controls and Controls systems should be of well-known brand/s and must withstand/ remain operational during longs periods against high temperature exposure. Boiler burner may preferably of Weishaupt Germany and/ or Saki Japan. 7. Manufacturer’s specified equipment/tools for boiler maintenance are also included in the package such as flexible shaft for tube cleaning with electric motor. 8. All documents and certificates must be in English language in duplicate hard copy format. |
