Overview

Brief Introduction:

Vacuum hot water boiler is absolutely safe and is praised as the boiler without explosion forever because it operates in the negative pressure. During the operation process of the boiler, the hot media (water in boiler) doesn’t make any change; it only stays in the vacuum chamber and transfers heat between heat-exchanging tube and heat exchanger. The hot media in the furnace is completely deoxy purified water, so there is no corrosion and incrustation which makes boiler’s useful life can reach up to twenty years or even longer. Besides, it has easy installation, convenient maintenance and other features which meet the environmental requirements.

Application:

Vacuum hot water boiler is widely used for supplying water for central air conditioning, sanitary hot water, hot water processing etc.

Features:

• The pressure of the medium circulation system is lower than the atmospheric pressure and the inner absolute pressures from 0.02 to 0.08MPa when the boiler in the operation condition, which keep the unit in the vacuum status, so that the boiler running safely without explosion.
• There is no incrustation inside the boiler to increase boiler’s service life which is 1.5 to 2 times than ordinary boilers. The heat exchanger is made of stainless steel tube which is corrosion resistant with the lifetime more than 20 years.
• Such series boiler adopts three pass structure and wet back reversal chamber structure. Besides, it uses high-quality aluminum silicate to preserve heat to make the heat loss of the machine fall down to limit value and the overall thermal efficiency up to 92%.
• One boiler can be equipped with several heat exchangers for supplying hot water with different temperature and different application. For example, the water for central air conditioning, sanitary hot water, hot water processing etc.
