2. Basic configuration (the following configuration should provide a list)
2.1. Boiler body:
1) The design, manufacture and acceptance of the boiler body must comply with the relevant national standards and the relevant regulations of the relevant administrative departments of Xianfeng County. Bidders shall provide relevant information on the origin and quality of boiler materials.

2.2. Burner:
1) The burner selected in this tender should be the German Weishaupt, Finland Olin or the same brand burner as the boiler, and provide the original quality certificate issued with the box.
2) Burner accessories should include but not limited to gas switch valve, filter, regulator valve, ignition
Solenoid valve, combined solenoid valve, gas pressure switch, gas leak detection device, elbows and reducers connecting the above accessories, etc.
2.2.1 The burner performance requirements are:
1) The burner shall meet the requirements of the rated output of the boiler.
2) The flame generated by the combustion is suitable for the structure and shape of the furnace, and the flame shall not wash the heating surface.
3) Program ignition, automatic purge and flameout protection. Load regulation and shutdown processes are automated to ensure safe operation. The noise of the burner meets the relevant environmental protection requirements of the state and Xianfeng County.
2.3. Control panel
1) Control panel: each unit should be equipped with an independent control box, and the control position and height are easy to operate.
