Parameter and Fuel Analysis of 9 Sets of 4.3mw Hot Water Boilers
1)General
a)The hot water boiler shall be housed in fully weatherproofed ventilated boiler building and shall be laid out generally in accordance with the Bidder document drawings. The design of the hot water boiler and auxiliary equipment shall be fully proven by successful commercial operation at base load and shall include the latest materials and experience with the type of machine and auxiliaries. Where the Bidder's experience with particular components is limited, these items are to be listed in the deviation and exceptions in the Bidder’s documents.
b)The hot water boiler shall be designed for Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion (CFBC) boiler. Diesel oil system shall be provided for cold starting up, heating up, stabilization of coal fuel combustion at low load up to at minimum 40% BMCR.
2)Guarantee rating
Boiler Maximum Continuous Rating (BMCR) is the guaranteed output of hot water boiler and nameplate rating, which shall be based on the following ;
-Boiler heat output x unit 4.3MW(th)/h x 9
-Boiler inlet water temperature 70 ℃
-Boiler outlet water temperature 120 ℃
-Relative humidity 60 %
-Air temperature 25 ℃
Hot Water Boilers
3)Stack emission
NOx, SOx, Dust, CO emission measured shall not be more than the following "Emission criteria" volumetric on 6% 02 dry flue gas basis leaving stack at any load when firing the range coal fuel specified.
-NOx 450mg/N㎥(219 ppm)
-SOx 400mg/N㎥(137 ppm)
-Particulate matter(PM) 50mg/N㎥
-CO 180mg/N㎥(144 ppm)
Note1) Emission criteria define normal conditions (Nm3) as 25℃ and 1 atmosphere of pressure.
Note2) The emission limit about heavy metal substance shall comply with Mongolian Standards or the related local regulation.
4)Fuel analysis
The hot water boiler and associated system shall be designed for continuous operation at boiler maximum continuous rating (BMCR) within any range fuel of the following table.
The guaranteed performance shall be based on the design coal fuel.
The supplier shall provide the compensation curve of the efficiency based on the variation in quantity of hydrogen, Sulphur, moisture, etc. contents involved in the analysis of the coal fuel.
The fuel analysis data are shown in the following tables.
a)Coal
All equipment and system shall be designed to meet the specified heat output conditions with the given range value in the table below.
